Ordering Information for Jewelry Creations
To place an order for a jewelry creation: Send an e-mail to gmc@greenmountaincreations.com and tell me which item you are interested in. I will then let you know if the item is still available.
Payment Methods: I accept payment through PayPal or personal check.

Shipping: Shipping fee for jewelry is $4.00 if shipped in the continental United States. I will combine jewelry items to reduce your shipping costs. If your jewelry invoice total is $200 or more (excluding sales tax) shipping is FREE! Unless you specify differently, all items will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class. If you prefer another shipping method, let me know and I will calculate the costs.
Insurance: If you would like the item insured, that is an extra cost and will be calculated based on the purchase price of the item. Insurance table rates. If you choose not to insure your jewelry, I will not be responsible for lost items.
International Shipping: I will only ship within the United States and Canada. For states outside of the continental U.S. & for Canadian residents, I will calculate shipping after you have placed your order and will get back with you with the shipping costs.
Sales Tax: New Mexico residents must pay sales tax. Sorry, but that's the way it is. Sales tax for New Mexico residents is 5.625%. There is no sales tax for shipments made outside of New Mexico.
Returns: I want you to be absolutely happy with the item(s) you ordered. If you want to return an item, please notify me by e-mail or by phone within 5 days of receiving the item. Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 5days of notifying me that you would like to make a return. I will refund the purchase price. Refund will not include shipping or insurance costs.
